Dear Teddy’s,

I am hoping that this email reaches you.  I just called to get your email address and was given this.

Just a quick note to tell you that I think your staff are exceptional.  I primarily just order cars for my boss, Peter Evensen, but recently I have been organizing group transport for meetings in Stamford for some board members and senior management coming in from various places around the world.

At all times, not just with this group, your staff answer the telephone promptly, and are incredibly courteous, professional and well-spoken – not always the case I find in the service industry.  Sometimes when I am dealing with hotels and other service providers, I find those on the telephone to be rude, unhelpful, and at times I can barely understand them.   My reservations are always correct.  There has never been a problem.  Reservations are done immediately and ride receipts come quickly.

Special thanks goes to Gloria, who is currently handling my group.  We had a bunch of last minute changes today, and she was great about it.

Just wanted to give you some positive feedback, as I don’t think that happens often enough these days.  My office is located in Vancouver, Canada, but if I ever visit the New York area for personal reasons, I’ll definitely use your service.  I’ll also be happy to recommend it to anyone who is looking for car service as well.
