“We used Teddy’s Limo service to and from JFK and the service was excellent. They met us at exactly the correct time and they communicated with us in a timely way. Both drivers were professional and courteous. The can engage in conversation as much and as little as you wish. The cars are excellent and well kept; very comfortable rides. I highly recommend this service.”
“Gene my contact was so helpful with scheduling my rides. I’m confident the driver and car will be exceptional, too.”
“Teddy’s Limo service is first rate from the minute they answer your call to the minute the driver drops you off. The staff is incredible. The dispatcher keeps you well informed, the drivers ( I have used them numerous times) are polite, friendly, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough. One of the best company interactions I can remember. Perhaps other companies should look at their business model. I 100% recommend that you try Teddy’s once and you will see why I’m writing this. Five star all the way.”
“Teddy’s chauffeurs are professional and always exceed my expectations.”
“Always prompt, courteous and safe. I have used Teddy’s many times and have always been happy. Highly recommend!”
“Had a great experience last night with our driver, Robert. Not only did he stay in touch throughout the pick up process, he had a great sense of humor. We were exhausted after a long day of travel, and his light hearted conversation was welcome and appreciated. Thank you, Robert!”
“In regard to a celebrity golf charity last week: “Stacey and I just want to say thank you for an incredible job! You and your team were first class and buttoned up! Thank you for handling everything so gracefully. We were more than impressed. We do this a lot and transportation services can be such a nightmare. Kevin was attentive, organized and accommodated our every car service need. Even when we changed on the fly!””
“I’ve used Teddy’s for many years. You do a fantastic job. Everyone who answers the phone is ALWAYS courteous and calm. I appreciate the flexibility in rescheduling when my flights are canceled or delayed. The email confirmations of the service come quickly and the one day prior reconfirmations are appreciated. Percy was a good driver and very professional.”
“Both drivers I had recently were excellent (Jack yesterday and Rodolfo on the 10th) and were also interesting to talk to. They made for smooth and friendly rides to and from JFK.”
“I want to thank you so very much for your wonderful service this past Saturday. The SUV was beautiful, Enoch, the driver was so polite and very pleasant and the drive down to Chelsea Piers was very pleasant, my son said.
“It was an excellent experience each way.”
