"I am writing only to say that we were very pleased with your level of service, especially after a flight cancelation by JetBlue on the day of the flight left my family frantic because they needed to get back to Seattle. My daughters were able to get a flight on an other airline, although a half hour earlier than previously scheduled, but Teddy's accommodated their need, with relatively little advance notice.

We have no immediate flight plans, but I assure you that Teddy's is at the top of our list.

Our flight from Cancun on Friday was delayed over and over again throughout the day because of the bad weather at JFK, until they finally cancelled it until the following morning. They dumped us out of the airport and left everyone to find someplace to sleep before coming back at 5 am. It was an unpleasant experience, for sure."

“Our driver, Russel, was the smoothest chauffeur I've ever ridden with. Yes, your choice of Lincoln cars help with being quiet and cushy, but the "smooth" I'm talking about here is the result of a driver who is always thinking ahead so there was never any need for quick, jerky moves. He avoided traffic, changed route using Waze, selected the shortest lanes at tolls, ALL without any break in the smooth ride. It's rare that I can give a driver this high compliment, but he really did impress me. - Oh, one more thing - On an earlier trip I had asked a different driver if he could remove the headrest on the front passenger seat so I could have a better view forward. The driver on that trip put a note in my file that I had asked for that, and Russel read the file and presto! removed the headrest before picking us up. Perfect. Keep up the good work, and thanks.”

"Thing 1 - Driver of the Year
I know it may rub some the wrong way to have Retta win again. Having said that, she deserves it. Always professional, always on time. And, when I say always, I mean ALWAYS. She is a delight to interact with and has an uncanny ability to know when to engage and when to let sleeping dogs lie. Well, a sleeping-Bob for sure.

Crazy traffic, Retta has a way around it. Crazy drivers, Retta knows how to avoid by getting ahead or laying back. Bottom line - I have never gasped with fear all these years with Retta in control. Control - that may say it best. She knows what she is doing, knows where she is and is always ALWAYS keeping the safety and comfort foremost.

She is driver #1 - again, still and maybe always 🙂

Thing 2 -- Dawn -- She is my favorite in the office. No offense gentlemen, she is.
Knows what I need and handles it smoothly and quickly. Always asks if my wife has theater plans that need to be arranged. Always knows to check my airport/flight info while arranging those trips. And to use the correct credit card.
Importantly, I know I can count on her calling me when I forget. On several occasions she has saved me from a business mishap. That's a big deal.
Dawn gets my vote for #1 in the office staff sweepstakes. Don't have one? Start one now.
also -- please know that Bob, our regular night driver, has always been terrific as well.
Really good for getting to those hard to reach venues.
And always glad to see him at JFK; knowing we can rest easy on the ride home
