"Just wanted to say thanks for a couple of things while they are fresh in my mind. 1) just got back from a trip to France. Schedules kept changing due to unforeseen circumstances and I must have changed my Teddy's reservations about 5 times, all on the phone app. Your app is THE EASIEST to use to change plans! And I get immediate email confirmations so I can check to see I did the right thing. Good job. 2) somehow you manage to hire good people. Javier, Jack and just today Jefferson have all been a pleasure. They do so much more than just smile and some glad-handing with the luggage. Being on time, sending text messages when arriving at the airport telling you they are there, what car they are in, where to wait for pickup, managing to navigate traffic SMOOTHLY. All of this requires a much larger dedication to the craft of car service, and they deliver. You deliver. So, thanks for all that. See you next time.

"I am writing only to say that we were very pleased with your level of service, especially after a flight cancelation by JetBlue on the day of the flight left my family frantic because they needed to get back to Seattle. My daughters were able to get a flight on an other airline, although a half hour earlier than previously scheduled, but Teddy's accommodated their need, with relatively little advance notice. We have no immediate flight plans, but I assure you that Teddy's is at the top of our list.

We were traveling with our toddler and David did everything possible to make the ride after a grueling 24 hours of travel, pleasant. Arriving back at our house at 1:30am, David even went the extra mile to help get our bags up to the porch, and insisted we get our baby inside before worrying about getting the car seat out of the car. This was amazing customer service, especially given the late hour, where most folks (myself included!) would just want to get home. Our flight from Cancun on Friday was delayed over and over again throughout the day because of the bad weather at JFK, until they finally cancelled it until the following morning. They dumped us out of the airport and left everyone to find someplace to sleep before coming back at 5 am. It was an unpleasant experience, for sure."
