When booking a flight, you can:
- Select the seat you want or opt to have one assigned. (Fee: $11 and up)
- Purchase priority boarding and board the plane before general boarding. (Fee: $15)
- Opt to travel with your pet in the cabin. Avelo allows hard-sided carriers no larger than 14”L x 9”W x 9.5”H (35 cm x 22 cm x 24 cm) or soft containers that fit in the same space. Your small dog or cat may be carried inside a pet carrier that fits under the seat in front of you. (Fee: $125)
Once on board your Avelo flight, please note that:
- Avelo Airlines currently does not offer in-flight Wi-Fi.
- There is no inflight entertainment, power outlets, or a-la-carte menus.
- Avelo does not offer any buy-on-board snacks or beverages like Spirit, Allegiant, and Frontier do. Instead, water is provided for free and, on some routes, passengers will receive a complimentary cookie.
Avelo’s changes and cancellation policies allow you to change or cancel your Avelo flight up to 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. All canceled reservations are given Avelo Travel Funds to redeem for a future Avelo flight. You can book a new trip using your Avelo Travel Funds online at www.aveloair.com. A $20 charge per seated traveler applies to reservations canceled through Avelo’s Customer Support Center.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of purchase and at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled departure may be refunded to the original form of payment.
