It wasn’t that long ago that New Haven was named the top foodie city in the United States. But all across Connecticut, there are plenty of opportunities to discover new flavors, textures and cooking techniques, along with healthy food choices. Connecticut also has a wide variety of summer food festivals that celebrate everything from oysters to rhubarb. When you can combine Connecticut’s foodie culture with a summer festival, it’s a match made in heaven.
Connecticut Food Festivals by Private Car
Whether you’re going to down-home strawberry festival or pig roast at one of Connecticut’s many wineries, a historic waterfront food festival or an exclusive culinary event, a Connecticut food festival trip can be made even more enjoyable if you hire a private car. Not only will you start your trip in style, you’ll end the day by savoring the experience rather than navigating traffic or looking for your exit.
