Teddy’s Continues to Exceed Expectations

Experience rating chartWith the third quarter of this year finally in the books we are delighted to share with you the news that Teddy’s continues to grow by providing exquisite service to our executive clientele.

In fact, from July to September our polished professional team delivered an outstanding record of on-time performance and maintained an impeccable safety record.

For August there were only three late pickups out of 2,428 trips!

That comes out to a 99.88% on time percentage, our best month this year and sixteen basis points over the 2015 average of 99.71% on-time pickups. However, one passenger or the three was still in customs and the other  two were just approaching the baggage carousel as we walked in.

For September our customer satisfaction rate was the year’s best, as well – always over 98% – September at 98.68%.

Teddy’s also landed several new accounts, including companies based in our area as well as those whose executives reside and travel from the region on business.
