The cost of this service is $75.00 each.

Which New York Airport to Fly Into – JFK or LaGuardia?

LaGuardia vs JFK: Which airport should you fly into?

Key Takeaways

  • LaGuardia (LGA) is closer to Manhattan (about 8 miles) and ideal for short, domestic trips.
  • JFK Airport handles most international flights and has more global routes.
  • Expect less travel time and lower ride costs from LaGuardia than JFK.
  • Immigration lines are usually faster at LaGuardia, though JFK offers more customs services.
  • Ongoing construction at LaGuardia may cause delays; plan ahead for pickup or drop-off.
  • No matter which New York airport you fly into, Teddy’s Limo offers private, reliable car service to and from JFK, LaGuardia, and anywhere in the NYC metro area.

If you’re flying into New York City, LaGuardia (LGA) is usually the best choice for Manhattan and short domestic trips, while JFK Airport is better for international flights and travelers staying in Brooklyn or Queens.

When you’re flying out of an airport, there are plenty of things to consider: frequent flyer lounges, restaurants, and so on.
